What is the purpose of this service?

The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) is a Federal program that provides United States Department of Agriculture foods to low-income households; including the elderly, those living on Indian reservations, and Native American families residing in designated areas near reservations. USDA works directly with Indian Tribal Organizations in New Mexico to determine need. For more information please visit their website.
