Making Payments

CSSD can assist you with ensuring your child support payments are made timely, and are accurately applied to your obligation.

    • Wage Withholding allows your employer to withhold child support payments from your wages. This allows you to make your child support payments without having to mail your payment or go to an office.
  • Online Payment
    • You can now make child support payments online at: https://yes.nm.gov
    • An account can be set up by clicking “Enroll” after clicking the link, there is a prompt to enter the CSSD case number and member ID and other information.  Make a one-time payment or set up reoccurring payments.
    • Use credit or debit cards with a 2.5% convenience fee. However, there is NO fee if using a checking or saving account.
