Behavioral Health Services Division
SAMHSA is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA’s mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America’s communities. New Mexico’s Human Services Department administers these federal programs within the state.

Child Support Enforcement Division
The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement partners with federal, state, tribal and local governments and others to promote parental responsibility so that children receive support from both parents even when they live in separate households.

Medical Assistance Division
Because of the health care law, you should receive a 1095B which will provide you with information about health coverage you had or were offered in 2015. The information is intended to help individuals understand these new forms, including who should expect to receive them and what to do with them. 1095B tax form will be mailed to your address of record no later than March 18 2016. If you have questions regarding your 2015 Federal taxes or Federal tax filing please contact the IRS at 1.800.829.1040. Remember that you do not have to file the form with your taxes.
