Consolidated Customer Service Center
The Human Services Department (HSD) announces the launch of a new and innovative Consolidated Customer Service Center (CCSC), the first of many technology and process improvements planned as part of New Mexico’s Health and Human Services 2020 (HHS 2020) initiative. HHS 2020 is a coordinated plan across HSD and its sister health and human services state agencies to leverage technology and streamline the way we do business to improve the overall customer experience.
Beginning August 31, 2020, the CCSC will provide customer service support for all HSD programs and services, including the Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD), Income Support Division (ISD), Medical Assistance Division (MAD), Office of Fair Hearings (OFH), and Office of Inspector General (OIG).
