During the Rapid Hire event, qualified applicants will be interviewed by the Human Services Department onsite or virtually and find out about a job offer same day or shortly after.
Interviewing For:
o IT Business Analyst II – Bachelor’s Degree in any field and four (4) years of experience information technology or business analysis. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and / or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience. PMI-PBA certification may be substituted for one year of education.
o IT Application Developer lII – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and four (4) years of experience in software programming. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/ or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
o IT Architect I – Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology and six years of experience in two or more of the following areas: strategic planning, business analytics, applications development, networking, data management, IT Security (INFOSEC), or Systems Administration. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and / or direct experience in this occupation totaling ten (10) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
o IT Database Administrator II – Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and two (2) years of experience in data analysis, design, storage and security. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experiences in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
o IT Application Development Manager II – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and eight (8) years of experience in software programming. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/ or direct experience in this occupation totaling twelve (12) years may substitute for the required education and experience. At least four (4) years of which must be leading/ supervising an application development team.
o IT Project Manager II – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology and four (4) years of experience in software development, project management, or systems analysis, with a minimum two (2) years of experience in the PM role. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and /or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience. CAPM/ PMI-ACP certification may be substituted for one-year experience. PMP/ PgMP certification may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
