Program Administration Bureau
The Program Administration Bureau manages the financial planning and financial policy affairs of the Medical Assistance Division. The PAB is the primary contact with the HSD Administrative Services Division. The main responsibilities of PAB include: forecasting Medicaid revenues and expenditures; reimbursement of FFS institutional providers; reporting fiscal and statistical information; overseeing the audits of institutional provider cost reports, program reimbursement to certain fee-for-service providers; collection of tort recoveries ; determining amounts and bill other agencies or departments for monies owed to Medicaid; acts as liaison to the Office of Communications for telephone services for MAD.
