Marketing & Outreach

The Medical Assistance Division's (MAD) Outreach Staff is part of the Client Services Bureau. The role of the Marketing & Outreach staff is to ensure that every effort is made to find and enroll eligible individuals into appropriate categories of MAD's health care coverage programs.

Efforts include holding enrollment events state-wide. These events are focused to all eligible populations. Events have been held and promoted to metropolitan, rural and frontier areas of New Mexico. In each event location, every effort is made to partner with local state, city and county agencies and organizations, schools, clinics, providers and media outlets to effectively inform and reach out to uninsured individuals.
