Long-Term Services and Support Bureau
The Long Term Services and Support Bureau manage the following programs and contracts: Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers for individuals with Developmentally Disabilities (DD), HIV/AIDS, and Medically Fragile (MF) condition(s); Third Party Assessor (TPA)/Utilization Review contract; Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded (ICF-MR); and the Mi Via Self-Directed Waivers.
