Medicaid Complaints and Grievances
Clients and providers can call the Insure New Mexico! Solutions Center at (888) 997-2583 to file a complaint regarding dissatisfaction with Fee For Service or Salud! coverage or providers, health care received, health care requested and not received, and/or claims issues. The Medical Assistance Division (MAD) will file, track, and route the complaint to the appropriate Salud! MCO or to the MAD Benefits Services Bureau, in the case of FFS issues, for research and resolution. The caller will be notified by mail of the resolution.
