Client Services Bureau
The Client Services Bureau (CSB) is responsible for assisting clients with the following:
Operates the Insure New Mexico! Solutions Center (toll-free 1-888-997-2583) to answer questions about Medical Assistance programs for clients, providers, and the general public. The Solutions Center routinely enrolls clients into managed care, issues replacement Medicaid cards, and verifies eligibility for programs;
The CSB also develops and conducts all educational outreach and media campaigns for Medical Assistance programs, manages the Working Disabled Individuals program and researches, develops, and promulgates all regulations/policy that pertain to Medicaid eligibility.
