The Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP) assists refugees, regardless of national origin, in becoming self-sufficient as quickly as possible.

RRP provides financial and medical assistance as well as other support services to help refugees acclimate to American Society and to learn English to obtain employment. This program is administered by the New Mexico Department Human Services subject to the receipt of federal funds.
