As an agency that provides services to New Mexicans in need, it is important that we provide excellent customer service. We are committed to providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries received from our clients and to the Governor’s Office, the Lieutenant Governor’s Office, legislators, members of Congress and tribal leaders who call on behalf of their constituents.

When a phone inquiry is received, the constituent is contacted within 24 hours. A written inquiry from a constituent receives a response within 10 working days.
