Welcome

The Administrative Services Division (ASD) provides the operational infrastructure to support the divisions in administering programs and services. The department receives over $4 Billion dollars in funding; our aim is to maximize accountability of those funds through efficient and well constructed business processes.

ASD oversees the department’s finances and property. Specific functions include budget, procurement, accounting, payments, billing, revenue collection, federal grant reporting, and property and material management for HSD. It oversees the collection and distribution of child support payments to the custodial parent as mandated by law. It also serves as a focal point for departmental policy updates and emergency preparedness.

Points of contact and areas of support are identified in order that you may reach us with administrative questions or issues for resolution. If you are a program client receiving benefits from the agency, please connect with HSD’s Home Page for the appropriate link to your services : www.hsd.state.nm.us
