What's New

• New Mexico receives $1,998,094 funding in a 3 year contract award from the FDA for Tobacco Retailer Inspections. Project duties will include youth Undercover Buys and Advertising/Labeling inspections on all tobacco retailers statewide. The FDA funding will benefit New Mexico in tobacco Prevention efforts by strengthening our continued efforts to keep New Mexico's youth tobacco free and encourage currently tobacco users to stop.
